Thank you immensely
for taking part in Michael's 'fun-shop' recently
and for taking the time to fill out this form. You have now
joined a unique group of folks that can claim they've worked with,
and downloaded, all of Seewald's technical and compositional knowledge
from his brains to theirs!!! Congrats.

Just hit the send button at the bottom when complete.

We would appreciate a couple of referrals,
so please be thinking about whom you know
that would benefit from this class too.

NOTE: We know some folks say it might be better to split the levels of the participants into similar ones, but understand that some claim higher or lower abilities than what Michael finds them to actually be, thus making that un-feasible.  He does the best he can with everyone.  Please take that into account in your critique.
Thanks,
Valerie Seewald

How would you convey your whole class experience to a friend thinking of taking a class in a sentence or two; benefits, value, etc.?

What benefits did you get from it that you were looking for?
What benefits that you were not?

How satisfied were you with the attention that was given to you personally on day one?

On a 1 to 10 scale.

If not a 9 or 10, what would it take to make a higher grade on Day One?

How satisfied were you with the attention that was given to you personally on day TWO?

On a 1 to 10 scale.

If not a 9 or 10, what would it take to make a higher grade on Day Two?

How satisfied were you with the attention that was given to you personally on day THREE?

On a 1 to 10 scale.

If not a 9 or 10, what would it take to make a higher grade
on Day Three?

How was Michael as an instructor overall?
Did he explain concepts well enough to understand?  Did he 'give up on you' or hang in there tying to explain difficulties you were having?

You found the length of the Day one class to be...

You found the length of Day two class to be...

You found the length of Day three to be...

How tough, yet respectful, was Michael on critiquing your artwork on day one, and compositions out in the field?

How well informed of class material needs, class location, etc. were you?

How much 'value for the money' did you receive overall from the Fun-shop?

Please choose your nearest skill level,
(beginner, intermediate, or advanced) for the next small section.

For Beginners only...

Was the class info on compositional elements taught in such a manner that it was easy to comprehend for your skill level on Day ONE?

Anything you would have done differently for Day ONE?

Day ONE

For Beginners only...

How well was the technical info taught in the field, and was it made easy for you to understand?  What benefits did you get from the day?

What would you have done differently for the field work, if anything? Were you challenged enough for your skill level?

Day TWO and Three (and four if applies)

For Intermediate only...

Day ONE

For Advanced only...

How well was the technical info conveyed in the field on new elements for you, and was it made easy for you to understand? What benefits did you get from the day?

What would you have done differently for the field work, if anything?  Were you challenged enough for your skill level?

Day TWO and Three (and four if applies)

Almost done...

all levels continue on here...

Concerning Day THREE, do you think it was important, or did you get all there was to learn in just two days?

By taking Day FOUR (if it applies, some classes have a fourth day, usually Carmel, Yosemite, etc.), do you think it was important, or did you get all there was to learn in the first three days?

If there was a museum and/or gallery tour, did you appreciate it?

 Why or why not?

If you recently changed to using the ball head style tripod, per Michael's suggestion, how did you like it?

Was it a good decision?

How was the class for you, overall, at helping you become a better photographer?

On a 1 to 10 scale.

How satisfied, overall, were you with the entire class?

On a 1 to 10 scale.

If you had to put a 'value for the money' figure for the Fun-shop, what amount would it be?

As many businesses do, we depend on referrals for our livelihood, so if you believe the class would help a friend as much as it has helped you please list the names and e-mail addresses of at least two.

REMEMBER- ALMOST EVERYONE TAKES VACATION SNAPS HOPING TO MAKE THAT GREAT PIECE OF ART! And how nice to be able to know good art from bad even if you don't shoot much, right?

We will let them know you have done so and offer to notify them of future class announcements.  They can refuse the offer, of course, and we'll honor that.

We thank you for taking your precious time to handle this, you've kept your word. Not everyone does. Many thanks. And if you have just critiqued in quite a bit of depth, we especially thank you two-fold. MS/VS
