For real time data, the USGS/NOAA has real time monitoring
stations in El Capitan, San Vicente, and Vail Lake. But those are the only three:

Current 2015 San Diego lake water levels

Note: San Vicente closed in Sept. 2008 for a few years, to make the dam
bigger; it will increase it three-fold or so.

Also, we've been in a drought for about 10 years, although Jan. 2011 brought them up quite a bit.
The lakes now are looking in very poor shape.
